By accessing or using par5 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Par Four on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Par Four.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at sms11041980@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
By providing us with your Trade Desk, GeoLink, or other platform credentials, you represent that you have the authority to grant Par Four read access to that data on your behalf.
You retain full ownership of your advertising data. We access it only to provide the Service — we do not use your campaign data for any other purpose, including training AI models or benchmarking against other clients.
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate permissions from your clients before connecting their data to Par Four.

Par Four offers a free 14-day trial for new accounts. No credit card is required during the trial period. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
We target 95% uptime for the dashboard and data pipelines. We perform maintenance with advance notice where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (The Trade Desk, GeoLink, cloud providers) or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
par5 and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Par Four and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission. White-label arrangements are governed by separate written agreements.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information private and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent. Your campaign data and business information is confidential. Our platform architecture, pricing structures, and business processes are confidential.
Either party may terminate the Service relationship with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you violate these Terms or fail to pay after reasonable notice.
Upon termination, we will provide you with an export of your data within 14 days upon request, after which we will delete your data from our systems within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, par5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that campaign data will be completely accurate (as accuracy depends on data provided by third-party platforms).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marin County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Par Four after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
