The short version: We collect only what we need to run your dashboard. We never sell your data. Your advertising credentials are encrypted and used only to pull your campaign data. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.
1. Who We Are
par5 ("we," "us," or "our") is a data analytics and IT services platform operated by par5. We provide programmatic advertising analytics dashboards to agencies and businesses. You can reach us at sms11041980@gmail.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you sign up or use our services:
- Account information — your name and email address
- Agency information — your company name, industry, team size, and website
- TTD configuration — Trade Desk advertiser IDs and report delivery settings, collected during your onboarding call and stored securely.
- Dashboard preferences — your dashboard name and branding preferences
- Usage data — how you interact with the dashboard (page views, feature usage, session duration)
- Communications — emails or messages you send us
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Set up and operate your campaign analytics dashboard
- Pull daily performance data from The Trade Desk and GeoLink on your behalf
- Generate AI-powered campaign summaries using your data
- Send you service updates, billing information, and support responses
- Improve our platform and fix bugs
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data to train AI models, sell advertising, or share with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. How We Store and Protect Your Data
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. TTD configuration data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to authorized systems only.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days upon request.
5. Third-Party Services
To operate our platform, we work with the following third-party services:
- The Trade Desk — we access their API on your behalf using credentials you provide
- inMarket / GeoLink — we access location data on your behalf
- Anthropic (Claude) — we send anonymized campaign metrics to generate AI summaries. No personally identifiable information is sent to Anthropic.
- Railway / cloud hosting — our infrastructure provider where your dashboard runs
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in to your dashboard. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Children's Privacy
par5 is a B2B platform intended for use by business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
